Replacing Hard drive in my replaytv 5040

Hey all,
I got in on the Dell 200GB hard drive offer for the purpose of putting it into my replay tv. Now that it has arrived I have no clue how to execute my plan. If I could get someone to point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. Also, My HD didn't come with the ATA controller with it. Should I be concerned?

I upgraded my 5040 with a 200GB hard drive and I needed to use a controller card for my computer to recognize the full 200GB of space using the RTVPatch program. Then I ran through the process to copy the original hard drive to my NEW drive and everything worked well after I connected the new drive to the ReplayTV. This may be a problem only if your computer is as old as mine (P3-600mhz). On a new computer, the BIOS shouldn't have problems recognizing the bigger HD.
