The tube needs to be shielded well. Otherwise, EMI will be a big issue.

I too think it's targeted mainly for tube amp enthusiasts not for computer geeks.
This motherboard along with audiophile's sound card may be used in dedicated audio-computer like one the Stereophiles' Magazine John Atkinson uses for his recordings. From the early nineties I've used notebooks as my main computers. Where are they going to put a tube in notebook?  |
