So I'm thinking about a 6.1 home theatre... is this Onkyo kosher?
6.1 Channel DTS ES Home Theater Receiver, TX-SR501
SKS-HT510 Home Theater Speaker Solution for Digital 6.1 Receiver: $183 Speakers: $99 Total: under $300 This will be in a room that's about 9 feet by 12 feet, with 8 foot ceilings. This is the first time I've stepped into the home audio arena, and I'm not really sure what's good and what's not, but for 6.1 and this price, I could really get into this Since eCost has free shipping, good prices, and are authorized with Onkyo, I picked them over OneCall because I can't quite afford to spend a whole bunch on something for a small room. Will this be the answer to my sound prayers for DVD's and games (connected to the digital out of my SB Live 5.1)? I'm still planning it out, so I'm open to criticism or any go-ahead's that could reaffirm my choice ![]() ![]()

I was also thinking about the setup on the deals page through OneCall. I have a pretty small living room so i think this would be a decent setup. Anyone have any experiences with the reciever and/or speakers?
