I have been investigating this for some time now. The company has been in business for 35 years and is traded on the NYSE. They have been featured in about every money related magazine along with to many publications to list so I have taken the plunge to protect my legal rights and so far it has worked out great. I have beaten out a speeding ticket, asked about numerous legal issue that otherwise I would have needed to pay a lawyer for (namely price matching and bum purchases from retailers), and I now have a living will so my assets are protected. I also have protected my identity from various different ways of fraud and they also moniter it for me.
