This depends on how you look at it. In order for you to actually receive this product you need to fulfill certain agreements, i.e. apply for a credit card, get approved, and make so many dollars in purchases. So this is a great idea if you have plans on doing so anyway, it becomes a fringe benefit, however if you are looking just to receive one without any other obligation, it's probably not going to happen.
