I have never heard of this or have seen it in writing..
I dont beleive this is true.. I have never hear of this..
I am going to look into it right now and as soon as I get some facts I will post them here for everyone to read.. I do not beleive it is illegal though because I have read many articles about how they are trying to ban internet gambling.. But they were unable to do it.. I will be back with more info... |

Check this out!
According to this site A person who gambles on the internet as of right now has comitted no crime.. It is a hypotheticall situation.. Check it out.
http://www.unc.edu/courses/law357c/c.../ind_hypo.html Let me know what you think. One more Thing I have gambled online alot of times already and always have gotten paid. I have never heard of anything being illegal until now. I never seen a difference in gambling on land or on the internet. That seems like it should be up to the american people to choose.. I ave also read a few more articles talking about how they are trying to legalize internet gambling. I guess this is a very touchy subject right now... |
