Points4Rewards -INSTANT Paypal and $5 minimum cashout
In an effort to make Points4Rewards the BEST GPT site out there, we have implemented Instant Paypal Payments. We also recently implemented a new LOW minimum payout of $5.00!!! What does this mean?
