If a friend joins through your referral link, you'll be eligible to receive a referral bonus each month equal to 10% of the total points earned by your friend for the previous month. You also earn points for 5 levels of referrals.

This is a great program. You can earn tons of points just on referrals. They have a referal co-op where you can buy a referral with a minimum number of points (if you choose to do so).
