A leading market research company is looking for patients that are current users of Requip or have used Requip in the last 12 months but have stopped
taking it. Patients will be asked to participate in a 25-30 minute phone interview and all qualified participates will be compensated $30 for their participation.No sales involved.


Patients must meet either of the following criteria:
-Currently be on Requip and started using it less than 13 months ago
-Previously on Requip and started AND stopped using it in the last 13
months.
