If your in Canada, then this site is for you. They offer webcertificates for Canadians so you don't need to put in your shipping address in the signup form (notice its not a required field). I'm in Canada and i'm using it right now. They have an offer you can fill out from Real (the same company that makes realplayer) called ReadArcade that works with Canadians.
