So when you sign up for the free ebay account you have to bid on something. I guess it's to show that you are using it. I bidded on something and it didnt win. So I think when you bid on something it doesnt have to win, just that you have to bid on something. But for your credit to go through, you must bid on something, you should receive credit sooner as well. My status just changed to credit complete. You must also click that you completed the ebay offer on your ipods-free offer page.
