I came across a web site that claimed one could actually buy a home with NO money down and NO credit, or credit check of any kind. Is this a scam? The site seems professinally put together and I'm tempted to go for it.
I would appreciate any comments from fellow members though. The link is:

Yet another site says there are large profits to be made from buying foreclosed properties. Another scam?The site is

These sites both look good and it would be wonderful if the ideas worked. Any members with knowledge of the real estate world willing to check them out for us?

I have some friends who make their money in real estate selling farm land in my home town, aparently nyc people are spending big bucks to buy em (the doods rich)

if you want to do this i suggest you go to b n nobles and buy a testing book so you can get your re license then start with a private company and go to a bigger one like 21st century, the foreclosures; there are reasons people dont buy back thier property because it stinks these kinds are usually more expensive to fix and even sell because the neighborhoods they are in even if the house looks awsome no ones going to buy it if its next to a trailer park...
