Guys, be realistic for a second. A conga line is not going to work if you promise 17 referrals to everyone in line. You'd need to be the only conga line for that deal on the internet for it to have chance to work and complete more than 2 people (simple count: 3rd person in line will need for 48 persons (assuming none of these gets a hold) to join the line after him to complete the requirements, I'll let you calculate how much that is for the 10th person in line...)

With the conga circle we offer a nice alternative: we certainly don't promise that anyone (not even the admins) will receive 17 referrals, but this new system let people choose the number of referrals they want (they can even change that later) and everybody is on the same circle. So, in a nutshell:
