I am not sure why you are having a problem. I've never had a problem with their ad. bar at all and I've been using it for several weeks now...I know with some of the other ad. bars sometimes it is hard to connect during the busy times of the day, but like I said, this has never happened to me. My best suggestion would be to contact them on email and tell them what your situation is. Their address is customerservice@bearcatonline.com I guarantee you're gonna like bearcatonline a lot once you get connected. Thanks for writing, have a good weekend.
