Hey guys,

This is for all of you who think echo sucks because it goes down all the time. I signed up for echo last week and currently I am making at least 1 $18 gift certificate everyday. You can also scam them by running one player in IE and one in Netscape for all of you who are desperate. Also, if you can't get on...just keep trying you'll eventually get in.

Here's the link: <a href="http://www.echo.com/index_invitation.jsp?ref=27767" target="_blank">http://www.echo.com/index_invitation.jsp?ref=27767</a>

that's not true. The invitation number doesn't change. I've used this link many many times to sign up a lot of my friends. the referral number at the end just refers to your account. And Bicycle...I don't know what you have against echo. It works really nicely for me...all you gotta do is get on
(that's the only hard part). and then you have your two accounts running and once and you got yourself 74 points an hour!

I do have plenty of referrals...I don't only run the two. You CAN do it though. You earn your 74 with one account and the 53 with the other. Just try it out!

hockman, how many points do u have?
you only earn more points if you have FAITHFUL listeners...i've signed up over 15 people and I don't get anything until they listen for at LEAST 2 hours... so signing up does jack...
I've been on fer about 2 weeks or so, it's been on and offline quite a bit, but lately i've been on consistently... and I've only racked up 4000 points... and the double browser thing?! it don't work my friend.

I cashed out on tuesday and today, for the 4,000 point thing. and now I have about 125 points again. Yeah, I know the faithful listener part would help a LOT. you just gotta convince people that it works.

about the double browser...you have to sign up 2 accounts, one connected to the other...then you can run both (not that I have tried myself...)

I was saying "BS" to the fact that you said you could get a g/c a day. Everything else seemed legit...

you can get one a day...you just need really dedicated listeners. If you have like 5-6 people under you listening the whole day you can get one a day...

<a href="http://www.echo.com/index_invitation.jsp?ref=27767" target="_blank">http://www.echo.com/index_invitation.jsp?ref=27767</a>

remember you can run two at a time on 1 machine...one in netscape and one in IE...and if you have more than one computer in your home who know what the possibilities are! Right now I'm getting about a gift certificate every 1.5 days...

Anyone know what the "internet cash" is? Can get $20 of that for 3800 points, instead of $18 at amazon for 4000. Maybe it's not stackable so it isn't as valuable. But are the amazon gcs stackable?

ok guys, I signed up under vlad's chain, didn't see this one.. my bad
this is what I found out... the two browser thing DOES work. They are different cookies I guess.. that are used to access your login info. I have both browsers open at the echo site.. and I have two different logins for them...
The problem is.. that when I try to open the echo thing under netscape, it tells me that I need to install real audio. I do not have this problem un internet explorer..
I have IE 5.5 & netscape 4.71
Any suggestions?
RA is recognized by smartupdate as the latest version and the extensions are registered with netscape.
WHat's the problem?? i'm fresh out of ideas...

thanks

thats the funny part. I downlaoded it maybe 3 or 4 times using smart update and reinstalled it. Still didn't work. Then I downlaoded the free real player 8 from the saite. That didn't work either.

=/

I could be running four ccounts at the same time.. but I can only run two.. boo hoo...

Cool

Are the amazon gift cards stackable? And can you use them for anything that Amazon sells?

just to let everyone know... i finally got everything to work ... the problem was that netscape would crash everytime the real audio plug-in was being installed.. I figuered this out.. cause I got one puter to work.. but not the other... and after searching for registered file types in netscape.. i foudn that the one that wasn't working didn't have the plug in registered.. it was INSTALLED but not registered...

since I am graced with cable... i just re -downloaded the installation file... an dreinstalled it.. then got the genreic downlaod from real audio..... and everything is working fine...

I have my main account under vladmir or whatever his name is... then I have one direct under me.. one direct under that one... and one direct under that one.....

basically it breaks down to 94 points per hour for me.... 84 for the next... 74.. and 53.....
the 94 points per hour gets me a GC every 43 hours
84 every 48 hours
74 every 54 hours
53 every 76 hours.... so in a matter of 3 days or so.. I get $72 worth of GC's... =>

sorry for such a long post..

I would be very afraid of getting busted doing that. They might be able to track ips, and when 4 come up with the same IP... down goes your downline.

(Someone tell me I'm wrong. I'm dying to try it. And I've got 3 computers.)

I've got 2 computers (soon to be 3, just need to get an atx case...) i was running 4 accounts off on ip but i'm running a dsl package which gives me 7 ips so as of right now i run 2 accounts per ip, once i hit the 300 hour maximum earnings i'll just switch ips on all the computers and start running different accounts from different and start again so far echo has not caught on, but the more accounts you run from the same ip the more likely you are to be caught... i would suggest looking for some type of cable/dsl package that gives you access to multiple ip addresses if you want to run more than 1 account... cuz its only a matter of time before echo will catchs on to people running multiple accounts from 1 ip, another option may be to use proxies, if you know how that works (sorry i dont, but my brother does )

One more thing about echo (heh i'm all about scams) i'm kinda curious and i've tried to think about how to run more than 2 accounts per computer so i asked my brother how many browsers that run on xwindows (for linux ) could run something like echo, he seemed to think that there might be a lot more than 2, but i'm not really sure, could anyone verify this?

they are all under family names.. of course... i do have 2 sisters and 2 parents *wink wink*

but... for the IP thing.. I have an internal network right... The internal IP's ARE different... but they all share the same external IP's... i just read through the terms and conditions.. it states NOTHING about not being able to share an IP...
PLUS.. I have 4 accounts running... right.. all at the same time.. right... if I was running a SCAM (gasps) then each account would run under the same IP but not at the same time...

So far I have 2 accounts with 2500 points each... and 2 others with 1000 points each (too bad I can't just donate them)
nothing has happened so far.. If something DOES happen.. then I will explain to them that there is NOTHING in their contracts that state (like all advantage did) that you can only have one user per household.. If they say one user per computer.. I still win because I AM using different computers
hehe

they seem to be more cocnerned with copyright infringments and that sort of material as opposed to abuse by users. And I am not abusing. I DO listen to the music ALL the time (i'm sort of forced to)

I get really cool mixes too.. Like santan in the background of pink floyd..

by the way.. anyone know how they make MONEY? That stupid little ad on the bottom can NOT be making them the amount of money people are sucking out of them through amazon GC's!
