I requested my $18 Echo GC a little over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't recieved it. How long has it been taking the rest of you to get them?

It was 7-10 days. Haven't gotten any in about 2 weeks now. It's been over 2 weeks since I've requested some that I haven't received. I think they're just behind with more people than they expected. They were really good about sending them before. I'm not going to freak just yet. I did email them on Thursday but haven't heard back yet.

I think they are trying to get out of Beta, so they have a lot of things going right now.

I e-mailed them about my missing GC and this is what they told me:
We value our members and we want you to know that we are doing everything possible to get the rewards out to our members. Right now our skeleton rewards crew is backlogged about 4 to 6 weeks. We know that this is a long time but we know that our valuable members will stick with us and continue to enjoy the great music selection that we are providing! Thanks, Ted |
