Inforocket - $10 free, get paid to answer questions, awesome referral program

Hey all, I just stumbled across InfoRocket - you get paid to answer questions. You can also ask questions and people will 'bid' on them. Whoever gives you the lowest ptice or best description of their services you can agree to pay.

Well personally, I'm not planning on asking any questions - I'm more interested on bidding on questions and getting paid to answer, plus referring people - it's $10 for each first level referral, $5 for second level referrals, and you're paid when you accrue a $10 balance. Note: a credit card *is* required (but you can use a http://www.ecount.com account or a webcertificate probably).

from what I understand, the money they give you is to spend on their site... am I correct in this assumption?

I'll be very disappointed if you're correct, but I don't think you are - I remember reading that you would get a check.

My understanding is that the $10 you get for signing up at least is to be used on their site... the referral money I don't know about. But I do know fo rsure that it says "sign up now and get $10 to use on our site" or something very close to that. Pretty crappy if you ask me. Just give me hard cash buddy!!!

I just checked this out, and it looks like the initial $10 is for use on their site, but the money for referrals and for answering questions (the minimum amount you get paid for answering questions is $3, and often it's higher) is paid to you in cash. Also, I just searched the forums, and it appears way-back-when someone got $10 in cash from InfoRocket without doing anything, so maybe they do send it.
