3 + megapixal dig cam

hi all, i'm going to japan for a semester next year and i'm looking to buy a good digital camera at least 3 megapixels. everywhere i look its always 500+ dollars, anyone know of any decent brand that is below that? thanks a lot.

Under $500? Not for 3 megapixels. Lower the resolution or bump up your price range.

I just saw that JVC 3.3 MP digital camera on Ebay sell for under $500. Here is the cheapest one that I see now:
