do you guys know where i can purchase an 8290 or 8260 with out a plan because right now i am with cell one and have a 6160, but i have to stick with their 1yr plan... i want to change my phone to a 8290 tho but its going to cost me 300, do you guys know where i can get one with out activation for cheaper?? danx...
