HP 8230e cd-rw deals?

i'm looking for a decent and reliable external usb cd-rw for my dad's laptop. i decided on the hp 8230e. the cheapest i could find from a place that i'd be willing to buy from is about $250 -$50 mir (from hp). if anyone knows where i can beat that, let me know please! thanks again.
