i just ordered the olympus 460 on staples.com and want to find the cheapest place to pricematch... all the places i've looked with next day shipping are around 350, which is good, but if i could get a lower price that'd be great.

You may want to check Mercata.com. I purchased the D460 Z from them, at $399. But, if you register as a new customer, you get $100 store credit, of which you can apply 20% of your purchase to. So, let's say I got the D460 Z for $400. 20% of $400 = $80 off! So I would get it for $320. I don't know if they still have the $100 credit, but take a look...
