Dell Rackmount System
Hey Gotapexers!
I'm looking for some decently priced Dell Rackmount Systems. I've been seeing them starting in the 2k range. Anyone have any better pricing they've seen anywhere? -AggieSlaughter

Sure - you can get them for CHEAP if you don't need new.
Look at the refurbs - http://outlet.us.dell.com/ARBOnlineS...=28&l=en&s=dfb The 1950s & 2950s are best, and you can get those starting at just over $1k. If you want more bang for your buck, look at resellers like http://ebay.epcusa.com/ - they sell off lease machines for real cheap. |

Does your data center require rack mount? (Our's does.) We got a couple SC1435s from the Dell Outlet for darn cheap - $1600 with Windows Server 2003 Web Edition. They're not the most powerful, but work great for web servers.
