Hey,

If anyone took advantage of the Amazon/Nokia 8260/AT&T deal in December ($50 off from Amazon/$75 rebate from AT&T/$30 rebate from Nokia) - do you have a copy of the rebate forms?

I got two of these phones (one for me, one for the wife), and just got the rebate checks - one of each, not two. Normally, I'm pretty good about keeping copies of everything I send, but for the life of me I can't find them.

All I need is the 800 number off of the AT&T and Nokia rebate forms - probably the same number, as the checks both came from the same place.
