Cheap, Stable i180 motherboard?

I'm looking to put together a dirt-cheap computer for a friend, so I decided to go for a cel366 (should i consider a duron? haven't worked with any before and i'm paranoid of chipping it.)

so for the cel366, i decided on a i810 board, with the on-board audio/video. searching for this on pricewatch gave me the epox 3wxm4 and 3wxa4... how stable do you think these will be? one's atx, the other micro-atx and they're $50 and $40...

well, decided to go with the aopen mx3w. not the cheapest out there, but recommended by several sites.
