Help me out with Cyberrebate

OK, I screwed up a bit at cyberrebate, and I need some help. It has been a few weeks, and they never got a rebate form from me, even though they got the other 2 I mailed out the same day. They said I can resubmit it with a copy of my UPC. Well, I never made a copy of it. If anyone has a copy of the UPC from this item, can you scan it, and send it to me, or get it to me some other way. I'll reimburse you if you have to mail it to me. I might try to find it at a B&M somewhere, but I am not getting beat for $260. Feel free to post here and call me a moron since I didn't bother to make copies of the UPC, even thoguh I was dealing with Cyberrebate. Thanks.
