Okay, I'm not sure if this is the right place, as I'm trying to decide which is the better of two deals.
Photoalley.com is offering $100 off any purchase of $600 or more until March 13th. Now i'm trying to decide which is the better deal: Nikon coolpix 950 (which is $729, minus the $100, minus the $150 MIR and minus 3% if purchased through ******). -or- Kodak D4800 (which is $599.99, minus the $100, minus the $100 MIR and minus 3% if purchased through ******). Which is the better of the two deals and why? The nikon has a much higher price, but seems to be a lower resolution camera. I don't mind paying more to get the coolpix, but I want to know why I should, or is the Kodak just a superior product. Thanks, Mighty Man |

Check out the deal for the Kodak 4800 on the deals page + do a search in the forums for the 4800 - people have been getting great prices on it.
Check out http://www.dcresource.com/ for the differences bet. the Kodak & the Nikon. Both are excellent choices. Also: http://www.megapixel.net/html/issueindex.html for more reviews, and http://digitaljones.dealtime.com/dja...00984408240609 for comparison prices of cameras. Good luck! |

We're repeating this thread way too often. Next time someone starts another one, we'll should all point him/her towards the Barbie Cam!
