Dish Network Deal Needed

I'm looking for a good deal on a Dish Network System that includes the 4922 receiver (the one with digital outputs, RF remote, etc) and professional installation.

Dish Network has a promotion for basically $100 for the receiver ($299 - $199 rebate) and free installation.

Anything better?
