php4/mysql webhosting

I'm looking for a good web hosting provider to host a hardware/technogeek site (www.digitalinsanity.org).
Features Required:
PHP4
MySQL
SSH, FTP
7+ gigs of bandwidth or more (or cheap metered bandwidth)
10-15 min POP3 email accounts

We kinda got jacked over last month when we were charged for more than $1 per 100 megs of extra bandwidth (right now, we get 3 gigs included with our current price - nowhere near enough).
