cheapest web hosting... need to know
who provides the absolute cheapest webhosting? i need mySQL, PHP, and a cgi-bin. im talking about the absolute cheapest.

They have all of that and are pretty good. I currently use them for one of my domains. BTW, DotEasy charges $60/3 months for CGI/PHP/mySQL add-ons. |

I've had good success with www.hostway.com. They've got a bunch of different plans depending on your needs, ranging all the way from 2 to 2000 megs of storage, cgi-bin, secure servers, SQL, and Frontpage extensions. You can even choose what kind of OS you want your server to run, Linux or Windows 2000! Best of all, their plans start a 8.95 per month.
