what are the best dvd drives out there?
Can anyone tell me what are the best DVD drives and who makes them? I just got the Dell 1.6 computer from that deal about a month ago and I didnt add a dvd drive to it because it seemed to be a bit much. I figured I could get it for cheaper if it wasnt through their package. I've seen a few on ebay, sony 16x for around 10-20 bucks but of course there's a minimum, which is unknown and shipping is 20 bucks.
I have no experience with them so I dont know if they are good or not. Thanks in advance. |

I have heard philips are pretty good, and we sell alot of them, with no complants, so i think the public likes them(in general of course)

Pioneer. Toshiba also makes good DVD-ROM drives.

Bare dvd drives go for about $55.
Sony is decent. |
