Green Army Men
In a thread on another forum (http://forums.ubi.com/messages/messa...=zzmwz&tpage=2) someone brought up the fun they had with Green Army Men.
So now I've got the bug-- I want to buy a few hundred over the next few months in preparation for giving them to my nephew. (I want to play with them for a while first )So-- who's got the skinny on cheap green army men (in bulk)

this is one of the oddest requests i have seen. Your best be would be go to a dollar store and buy a few bags, or check on ebay. Good luck.

I love those little guys.
Try this link: http://www.oriental.com/webapp/comme...GROUP=N&CASE=0 You can also try a place like Party City, if they have them in your area. |

Yup. So, we take the green army men, stick them in the back of the Tonka Jeep, put a GI Joe in the driver's seat. Then we break a firecracker in half, tape each half to the rear of the Jeep, light the frayed ends of the firecrackers so they fizz and shoot sparks, then push the whole shebang down the driveway. Any army men that fall out of the back of the Jeep can be snatched by Tommy next door as prisoners of war. His dog's dish is the prison camp. The scary thing is that this is one of the most vivid memories of my childhood. :laugh2: |

I also recommend this place. They've got tons of novelty goodies for bulk at deep discounts. It's the best place for carnivals and parties! Make sure you check out how many you are buying. I almost ordered some of those fuzzy pom pom sticker guys from them and it turned out the order was for a gross! I didn't need THAT many! |

Thanks guys.
I got the green army men. You can see them here:
http://www.piestactics.com/about/webcam/index.asp Only disapointment is that hter eare only 4 different poses and they are of the 'german' kinds of stance. Now to find the 'classic' army men in the 60s steel pot/M16 stances of my childhood. |
