Cheap Desktops

I need ten desktops with the following minimum specs:

Minimum Specs
> 500 mhz Processor
> 64 MB of RAM
> 4.0 GB Harddrive
> Network Card
> CD-ROM Drive
> 15-in Monitor

There are no good Dell deals right now so I am currently pounding sand.

This is probably the best place to find desktops VERY cheap. Most of them are refurbs, but that doesn't make them worse than a new one.
