Need reputable credit card with long 0 interest balance transfer
I have great credit but I need to transfer a balance on a 0% interest 12 month deal I made on a Spa last fall. I haven't quite paid it off and I don't want to get hit with about $2000 in finace charges. I wan't a good reputable credit card with the longest possible 0% balance transfer offer. I have a GM Card offer that's good for 0% through December but I'd like to find something that would carry me a little longer. Thanks

I just got an AT&T Universal Card with one year of 0% interest. Consolidation at no interest is a good thing.
![]() I don't know if the promo is still going on, but it might be worth a try. www.universalcard.com I know that Chase and one or two others keep sending me offers for zero-percenters, so you might want to check them out too. |

Just yesterday I received an offer in the mail from Fleet (www.fleetapply.com) for zero percent until August 2003.
Of course, everything depends on your credit rating. One thing about this offer is that they want to charge you a 3% per-balance-transfer fee. This means that if you transfer 3 $1000 balances to this card, the interest would be free until next year, but the upfront fee would be $90. The transfer fees are maxed out at (I think) $35 per transfer. Good luck! |
