NO tax in certain states like CA. If you buy as a "small business" then Dell now charges some weird tax. Doesnt matter where your from.

Yeah, SB purchases from Dell will get charged taxes. Some law about equipment/usage tax. Really sux b/c I've been itching to purchase a C840 which can only go through Dell SB. I don't mind paying taxes but if I can purchase the i8200 w/o tax than I believe I should be able to purchase a C840 the same way.
