looking for a portable DVD player

i am looking for an inexpensive (if such a thing exists) portable DVD player. i've seen the one at WalMart for $100-$200. does anyone have any ideas?? i'd like to spend about $300-$350 for one of decent quality. can anyone help me????

Check today's Circuit City flyer...they have one for $279
