PS2 Deals?

Hi All,

Anyone know of any good PS2 deals? Sometimes Best Buy sends out a 10% coupon, so I was hoping that would come, but I haven't seen it yet. I have about $150 in Sony points (from my Sony credit card), so I was hoping I could get it for like $40.

Best bet is buying a used one either on ebay or ebgames or one of the likes.

Yeah, that'd get me a cheap one, but I think I need to buy it from a normal retailler to use my Sony Points (That's a credit card from Citibank, basically 1% of your purchases to use on Sony products). Once and awhile Best Buy sends a 10% off of one item in the store to people who have a BestBuy credit card. So that'd would at least get me it for $180- $150 Sony points, or $30.

Thanks for the suggestions though! (Of course the bad part is the next $100 worth of accessories that you need!)

Just a note, a lot of the times the 10% best buy coupons are restricted and game consoles are on that list usually. Very rarely I have received a coupon that is useable to anything. Good luck though

Stupid coupons! I was really hopefully when I got a 30% off JCPenny one last week, but guess what? That one excluded video games too... Oh well, I guess a PS2 for $50 isn't bad!

I got a PS2 for $10! I spent $10 on raffle tickets and walked home with a PS2!

Lucky me. Now I get to play Kingdom Hearts!

I've been looking for them to go down too. I know as soon as I buy one, they'll adjust the prices.

$50 is MUCH better than $199. And I don't think that extra $10 you're looking to save would even get you a memory card. If you can save the extra $10, cool, but if not, I would just get the console and start enjoying it.

As far as how I get it for $50, it's just by using my Citibank Sony card. Basically they give you 1% of what you spend to use on Sony Products (i.e. spend $10,000 get $100 worth of free Sony Stuff)

I think it's a good deal, but not really any better than any other card with rewards. I happen to buy a lot of Sony stuff, so it works out well for me

I don't really need it for awhile, since it's a Christmas present for my girlfriend who loves TombRaider

Target has 10% off coupon. They also sell PS 2 console. I am waiting for any combo deal such as free controller or DVD remote before buy one.
