I use Amazon.com
Although they take a few bucks, I know that I will get paid. I have had good success with selling there.
You can also check out Bigwords.com They do a comparison of like 10 different sites and show you how much each one will give you for the book. Last edited by DJjeff1080 : 01-11-2003 at 02:25 AM. |

BarnesandNoble does it now also. I just sold one to them; they enable you to print a packing and shipping label from your printer. Just put it in a box and drop off at PO. Fairly simple and straight forward. However, they only buy certain books.

I don't usually sell my textbooks back.. But as for purchase, I usually go for either Amazon or Barnes & Nobles. Reason for this is: free shipping, and no tax (for CA at least). Amazon is usually a little cheaper, but for Barnes, I get 7% cashback from discover, and have student advantage card (5% off), and theres usually some coupons like one right now for 5% off. So i would actually be getting 16.3% off.
Amazon currently has a $5 off $35. |
