Need Mortgage Deal on Refi
Those with mortgage broker friends:
My friedn is about to pull the trigger on a mortgage but I told him I'd give the ole apex board a whirl. I want to see if there is anyone who can do better. Here are the details: 15 yr fixed , no prepay $275,00 loan amount (assume 28% LTV) no points $500 closing costs upfront excellent credit 730 fico 95138 zip code home built in 1997 single family residence , no other outstanding loans or liabilities full doc $125k total income rate: 5.25% Watch the spam roll in on this one! |

 Check out www.bankrate.com . You can search for mortgages by state and then by city to find out what is available in your area.They show points and even have calculators to see what payments would be.
