Best headphones for the money

Want a good set of headphones to use with my iPAQ and MP3 Player that is fairly light and inexpensive.
Recommendations welcome.

IMO, the absolute best portable cans are the Grado SR60 they can be found for under $70 or so. But I wouldn't say they're exactly the most portable. They are very light and nice on the ears though.
