If you're a member of Sam's Club (I'm not anymore or I'd go check for you) they used to have some at the service counter there.

if you're a AAA Member that will get you coupons/discounts automatically just by telling them. You can also check out your credit card website (if you have one) to see if they have any exclusive deals with car rental places.
