ATX i/o shield

I'm looking for a replacement ATX I/O shield back plate or whatever you call it. It must have a LAN punchout above the two USB punchouts. I've looked high and low and seen them go fo 14 plus tax and shipping which is high. My local Microcenter has one without a LAN punchout for 4 bucks. Any help would be appreciated.
