Online Credit Cards Help!!!!!!!!!! ASAP

Heres the skinny, I remember like 2 years ago there was a website where you could get a giftcard for someone but it was like a mastercard, I need to place an order at ticketmaster for southern florida but they only ship to my billing address so I was gonna use one of these instead. Paypal does something like this. You can check it out at their website.

American Express also offers gift cards, but i'm not too sure if they are available immediately online.
