CDs to burn or CDs as in "record albums"?
if its record albums, i go to bestbuy when they have those $6.99 to $9.99 CDs on sale, or to my local USED CD store. i can pick up new release CDs for real dirt-cheap, that looks and plays NEW - no scratches. if im bored enough i can even go thru the bargain bin and get great finds for $1. sometimes tower records actually have cheap CDs, too. sometimes i go to target. if its CDs to burn with, i dont buy em anymore. i bought so much in the past that i still have to go thru maybe 6 50pk spindles, and maybe 2 100pk spindles, not to mention the 25pk and 30pk spindles lying around i got for dirt cheap/free after rebates and combo promos.
