Surround Receiver minimum 85x6 watts rms

I need help finding a surround sound receiver.
something price around $400 or less.

important- no KLH, no AKAR, no DAEWOO...

You might look at models from Denon, Marantz, Yamaha or Kenwood. They are all usually very good.
