Entire Computer System
Someone is giving me $700 for a complete computer system. Monitor, Tower and Printer. I get to pick everything out and keep what is left over. The computer will mainly be used for Word Processing, Financial Tracking and Internet.
The specs I want to give him are aroung 2ghz Pentium 4. 128 or 256 megs of ram 15-16 inch viewable monitor I was thinking about building it my self, but I'd rather go with someone like dell so if something goes wrong I can just deffer him to dell and let them deal with it. It really isn't worth the hassle. The best I can come up with is like $625, Can you do any better? |

How about $423 + tax & shipping
Dell 400SC - start at $374 2.4GHz Celeron 128MB RAM 40GB HD Add mouse & KB for $0 Add 17" monitor for $149 Get $100 back from mail in rebate This doesn't come with an OS, so if you don't have one you can transfer from another PC, add another $100 or so for XP Home |

Thanks for the suggestions
I'd rather stray away from a celeron though I might be able to squeeze a little from that system though Thanks! |

You can always put it together yourself, TigerDirect has really inexpensive parts/barebone systems
