Video card question
I am lookin to grab that Inspiron 8600 lappy.
I have a question though: I will never play video games on this system... I just want to use it for basic computing, internet surfing, and watching the occassional DVD or south park episode. Do I need to upgrade to the 64MB video card? I don't want to pay if I don't need it, and I don't want to regret not having it. Thanks! |

Nah... I use a 6 year old VAIO that has 8mb of video ram. I can play dvd's, divx, mpg, realmedia... hell I even photoshop once in a while on it. So you'll be fine with the stock 32mb 5200Go.
