Need Expansion CD Rom

I need another cd rom drive because I don't like using the DVD Rom or CD Burner for general use, especially when playing games like Diablo II. However, I have no IDE master/slave slots open and the only ways I know is to either go scsi or external. I'm on a tight budget for around $100 total, and since scsi will go way over that limit im guessing usb cd rom? Any reccomendations and where to buy it at? Thanks.

If you're gonna be cheap stay with what you have and live with it. USB externals are not going to be worth it.
