Can someone please share some DSS Test Card Information? How can I buy a reprogrammable card and can I use my AmEx Smartcard reader to do so? How much should I expect to pay? etc.. etc.. Thanks very much for your time.

and, you can't do jack with the american express card reader, either read your dss card or write to it.
