My father is a dentist and he purchased direct (Buy 1 get 1 free) I know you may not need 2 but you can Ebay it off and come out ahead or even. I don't know how much they are now, but my dad bought 2 for 79.99 with 4 extra attachments, that way our whole family can share...

In the Seattle area, some dentists will sell to you the Sonicare at their cost (~50) which is quite a bit lower than what you'd get at Sam's Club/etc. I don't know if your dentist has such a deal for you because Sonicare is based in the Seattle area and so may have better rapport with some of the dentists locally.
