Need Ipod For School

Hey guys... i'm totally stressing, i have these lectures that equal about 1.4 gigs in mp3 form and i thought i could burn them onto cds so i could listen to them on my way to and from school - but apparently that is a lot of cds to burn so my friend told me to get an IPOD instead. The cheapest one I've found so far is about $160 at Best Buy... does anyone know where I can get a cheaper one?

1.4 gigs could fit on either 2 or 3 CDs. If it's a money issue, you're talking $160 vs. 30 cents' worth of CDs.

I wouldn't restrict yourself to just looking at Ipods. I have a Creative mp3 player, and I love it. You can get a Zen Micro if you're into the "cute" factor. If you're creative with coupons and rebates, you could probably get it for around $130.

why does my having an ipod make me psycho?

i never wanted one before knowing that it was too extravagant to have just to listen to music... but i NEEDED to get one to help me succeed in my classes and it is already paying off. when you go to through your first year of law school - i'd like to see you setting the curve without the help of supplemental lectures.

I got an IPOD mini for graduation as a gift. I wish I would have overcome my guilt to keep it and got a creative instead.
